6. Bringing to consciousness, controlling, refining and transforming sex

The sixth "condition that one can't do without" is continuous effort to bring to consciousness, to control and refine one’s sexual energy and its manifestations so that it can easily be transformed into the higher manifestations of life (those of the will, emotions, thought and spirit).
If this condition is successfully met, extraordinary physical and mental health as well as the spontaneous appearance and development of diverse psychic powers follow.
To make progress in Komaja it is not so much the style, but the substance that’s important.
This principle also applies to the control and transformation of sexual energy. It means that those who claim that human perfection is only to be reached through sexual abstinence are mistaken.
As long as a human being is always natural, simple, sincere, honest and upright, enlightenment can be achieved as easily by those who are married as by those who live even a very free sexual life. Equally valuable and proper is an enlightenment achieved by Christian and Hindu abstinence, as one, which has come via the Left or Right-Hand Tantra or simply by prathibha (spontaneous enlightenment as a consequence of purity). Enlightenment remains enlightenment – however we look at it. It shines, awakens the spirits and refreshes. It is the first violet of far-off spring. The messenger of future heaven.

The crown condition, the seventh one, in a way comprises all that has already been said.
