KRIYA Course

Guru Makaja's Kriya represents a further development of the Kundalini Yoga technology, as can be found primarily in the texts of one of the greatest Indian yogis, Adi Shankaracharya (788-820), but also in other ancient Indian holy writings.

It is made up of special asanas, mudras, bandhas, specific breathing methods and specific physical exercises. Appropriate emotional, mental and spiritual commitment as well as visualization exercises are another important component. 

For this reason, only those students of Makaja who have undergone certain specific education and training with him (and/or with a guru whom Makaja himself initiated as a guru) can use this Kriya correctly and safely.
