An enlightened human beingโthat is, a liberated soul (see the definition in the text โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐โ ( https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=1320450413447576&set=a.458380662987893ย ) โis, in every sense, a self-sufficient being. One could say that this pure human spirit is like an angel that has taken residence within a human physical body.
That body still suffers from its various imperfections, disorders, and possible illnesses. However, what becomes fundamentally different from the moment of enlightenment onward, until the end of the incarnation, is an extremely heightened perception of the basic life processes (breathing, circulation, the interaction between muscles and the brain, etc.) At the same time, this significantly enhances the ability for conscious, intentional intervention in life processes that were previously hidden from human waking awareness.
The body of the enlightened person becomes noticeably healthier and stronger, and in some cases may even be completely freed from chronic diseases. The result is not only longevity, but also a tremendous increase in productivity in every sense (at work, in family and interpersonal relationships, in forming new social connections, in romantic life, in hobbies, etc.).
Particular emphasis should be placed on the significant increase in intelligenceโmore precisely, this is the unveiling of oneโs own mental potential, which until the moment of enlightenment had been obscured by uncontrolled emotions, thoughts, bodily urges, and speech. What were once only rare moments of lucidity (for example, during deep concentration or under the influence of certain substances) now become a natural, everyday capacity. Lucidity from morning to evening, in every task and every form of enjoyment.
Regardless of whether enlightenment is attained through conscious effort/โtraining,โ or arises as a result of other circumstances; regardless of whether it is realized through yoga, Buddhism, Christian mysticism, or similar pathsโits essential characteristic is re-ligion (from the Latin religare), meaning a renewed conscious connection of the ideal, heavenly, divine human spirit with the lower nature of the human being.

The individual becomes in love with Godโthe Divine Kundalini Shaktiโthe Holy Spirit. As a result, his mental capacities are entirely absorbed in contemplation of God and His Divine Attributes. The emotional nature of the enlightened faithfully follows this mental fascination and focus on the Supreme Creator. The enlightened person simply loves, adores, and completely surrenders to the Creator.
This, of course, has nothing to do with โphilosophizingโ or the academic study of philosophy or theology. A divine current flows through their nerves and veins. The person is intoxicated with God, like a lover in love with their belovedโyet far beyond any ordinary human perception, feeling, or sensory pleasure. It is something like intoxication with a thousand perfect loversโyet transcending all human experience.
In this state of blessed harmony and reverence for the entirety of divine creation, immense compassion inevitably arises for all beings who are suffering, ill, or unhappy in any way. This enlightened compassion differs fundamentally from ordinary human compassion, which is typically characterized by a mixture of pure divine compassion with oneโs own unresolved painful experiences from the past and present.
The power of an enlightened personโs compassion surpasses all previous life experiences of an ordinary individual. The closest comparison is a motherโs love for her helpless babyโbut even that falls far short of the love and compassion radiating through an enlightened being.
In this fact often lies the secret of the extraordinary fascination that spiritual aspirants feel toward a guru, saint, or spiritual teacher.
Now, when and why does this blessed being begin to focus their all-pervading spiritual awareness and attention on the soul and body of a particular spiritual aspirant?
I will now describe one of my early encounters with an enlightened master.
At the age of 19, I began meditating, became a vegetarian, and gave up alcohol and cigarettes. After about a year and a half of regular morning and evening meditation (approximately 40 minutes each), I felt a desire for spiritual guidance.
I became active in various spiritual circles in Zagreb: the โYoga Center,โ the โTranscendental Meditation Society,โ the โAnthroposophical Society,โ โHare Krishna,โ and others.
One evening, I visited the Theosophical Society. The lecturer, Zvonimir Frlan, was a striking older man with gray hair and beard. After just a few minutes, I had a strong feelingโthis man possesses the knowledge and abilities I need for accelerated spiritual development. It was as if a musically gifted shepherd on his own pasture were to meet a singing Tina Turner or David Bowie.
After the lecture, I approached him and asked for a private conversation. For the next seven years, we were inseparable. I visited him twice a week and borrowed books from him. Sometimes he would become upset with both me and himself because our spiritual conversations caused him to neglect his daily responsibilities. In return, I translated spiritual texts for him from German and English.
After only a month of acquaintance, he appeared to me in an astral form during meditation. His spiritual power was so strong that even my girlfriend, after that meditation, said she felt as though someone had visited us. She had never said anything like that before, even though we had been meditating together for over a year. I told her it was my spiritual teacher.
Later, he would visit usโimperceptibly to othersโduring walks through the city, at birthday celebrations, and in other situations. We were both always completely certain that he had visited us in his spiritual body.

An old Indian saying goes: โWhen the disciple is ready, the Teacher appears.โ Our spiritual aspiration must become strong enough to attract the attention of an enlightened being.
The enlightened have no ordinary human illusions or needs. They do not feel the need to display their abilities or powers. However, when we, through our own spiritual maturity, begin to admire a person of higher consciousness, they notice us among the mass of indistinct, unconscious individualsโโlike rejoices in like.โ
When we are courageous, when we seek contact, when we no longer fear the disintegration of our ego, when the development of virtues fascinates us more than the acquisition of knowledge and power, when we wish to be of service, when we are amazed by the beauty of their spirit and wish to serve themโwhen this becomes a permanent state of our daily awarenessโonly then does the guru accept us under their โspiritual umbrella,โ gradually allows us more frequent access to his spiritual aura, and finally, when we are ready, rewards us the First Great Initiation.
For all other people, the enlightened individual may still convincingly appear as โthat kind old neighbor,โ a successful businessman, a good modest nun, or similar.
Thus, if you find yourself graced by a spiritual teacherโmale or femaleโrest assured that it is they who have discovered and chosen you, not you who have sought he (she)!
And finally, when spiritual illiterates tell stories about gurus who have thousands or even millions of disciples, be certain that this is as absurd as imagining that your mother raised, loved, and consoled thousands of children alongside youโboth funny and sad, isnโt it?

Prosvijetljeni ฤovjek, tj. osloboฤena duลกa (vidi definiciju u tekstu โApsolutno neophodan osobni cilj" (https://www.facebook.com/photofbid=1320450413447576&set=a.458380662987893) u svakom je smislu samodostatno biฤe. Moglo bi se reฤi da je taj ฤisti ljudski duh poput anฤela koji se nastanio u ljudskom fiziฤkom tijelu.
To tijelo i dalje trpi od svojih raznih nedostataka, poremeฤaja i ev. bolesti. Meฤutim, ono ลกto je od ฤasa prosvjetljenja pa nadalje, sve do kraja inkarnacije, bitno drugaฤije jest ekstremno pojaฤana percepcija osnovnih ลพivotnih procesa (disanje, krvotok, interakcija miลกiฤa i mozga...). Takoฤer, samim time, bitno se poveฤava i sposobnost svjesnog, voljnog, interveniranja u ลพivotne procese koji su prije bili skriveni za budnu svijest ฤovjeka. Tijelo prosvjetljenoga postaje upadljivo zdravije, snaลพnije, a ponekad ฤak i biva potpuno osloboฤeno od kroniฤnih bolesti. Posljedica toga nije samo dugovjeฤnost veฤ takoฤer i ogroman porast produktivnosti u svakom smislu (na poslu, u obiteljskim i drugim meฤuljudskim odnosima, u stvaranju ลพeljenih novih socijalnih kontakata, u ljubavnom ลพivotu, u ev. hobijima itd.).
Posebno treba istaฤi i veliki porast inteligencije - zapravo, prije svega se radi o otkrivanju vlastitog mentalnog potencijala koji je do ฤasa prosvjetljenja bio prekriven nekontroliranim osjeฤajima, mislima, tjelesnim nagonima, rijeฤima... Ono ลกto su nekad bili samo rijetki trenuci lucidnosti (pod utjecajem npr. intenzivnog zadubljivanja u neku materiju, ili kao posljedica konzumacije odreฤenih droga) sada je prirodna svakodnevna sposobnost. Lucidnost od jutra do veฤeri, u svakom poslu i u svakoj zabavi.
Bez obzira je li prosvjetljenje postignuto svjesnim voljnim nastojanjem/โtreningomโ ili je ono posljedica nekih drugih okolnosti; bez obzira je li prosvjetljenje ostvareno na putu joge, budizma, krลกฤanskog misticizma ili sl. njegova je osnovna znaฤajka re โ ligija (od lat. religare), tj. ponovna svjesna povezanost idealnog, rajskog, boลพanskog ljudskog duha sa niลพom prirodom ljudskog biฤa.

ฤovjek je sada zaljubljen u Boga/Boลพansku Kundalini ล akti/Svetog Duha, pa su samim time njegovi mentalni kapaciteti potpuno apsorbirani kontemplacijom o Bogu i o njegovim Boลพanskim Atributima. Emocionalna priroda prosvijetljenoga vjerno slijedi njegovu mentalnu fascinaciju i usredotoฤenost na Uzviลกenog Stvoritelja, tj. prosvijetljeni jednostavno voli, oboลพava i potpuno se predaje Stvoritelju. Sve ovo naravno nema nikakve veze s โfilozofiranjemโ niti sa studijem filozofije ili teologije. Boลพanski fluid struji njegovim ลพivcima i ลพilama. ฤovjek je opijen Bogom, kao zaljubljeni ljubavnik svojom ljubavnicom โ samo, naravno, iznad svakog obiฤnog ljudskog poimanja, osjeฤanja i osjetilnog uลพivanja. To je neลกto kao โ opijenost sa 1000 savrลกenih ljubavnica, sa 1000 savrลกenih ljubavnikaโฆ
U ovom stanju blaลพene harmonije i divljenja spram cjelokupne boลพanske kreacije neminovno se pojavljuje i neizmjerno suosjeฤanje za sva biฤa koja su u patnji, bolesti ili nesreฤi bilo koje vrste i uzroka. Ovo prosvijetljeno suosjeฤanje bitno se razlikuje od obiฤnog ljudskog suosjeฤanja za koje je karakteristiฤna izmijeลกanost ฤistog boลพanskog suosjeฤanja sa vlastitim, joลก ne proraฤenim, bolnim iskustvima kako iz proลกlosti tako i iz sadaลกnjosti.
Snaga suosjeฤanja prosvjetljenog ฤovjeka nadilazi sva preฤaลกnja ลพivotna iskustva obiฤne osobe. Najbliลพe tome je majฤinska ljubav za bespomoฤnu bebicu, ali โ i to je joลก daleko od ljubavi i suosjeฤanja koje zraฤi kroz prosvjetljeno ljudsko biฤe. U ovoj ฤinjenici nerijetko leลพi i tajna nevjerojatne fasciniranosti duhovnih aspirantica i aspiranata. S ovim ili onim guroom, svecem, sveฤenikomโฆ
E sad, kada i zaลกto ovo blagoslovljeno biฤe poฤinje fokusirati svoju sveproลพimajuฤu duhovnu budnost i pozornost na duลกu i tijelo ovog ili onog duhovnog aspiranta/-ice?!
Opisat ฤu vam sada jedan svoj davni susret s prosvjetljenim majstorom. U 19-oj godini poฤeo sam meditirati, postao sam vegetarijanac i prestao sam konzumirati alkohol i cigarete. Nakon otprilike godinu i pol redovnog jutarnjeg i veฤernjeg meditiranja (po cca 40 minuta) poลพelio sam duhovno vodstvo. Postao sam aktivan u zagrebaฤkim duhovnim krugovima: โJoga centarโ, โDruลกtvo za transcendentalnu meditacijuโ, โAntropozofsko druลกtvoโ, โHare Krishnaโ i dr.
Jedne veฤeri posjetio sam teozofsko druลกtvo. Predavaฤ, Zvonimir Frlan, bio je markantan stariji muลกkarac, sjede kose i brade. Veฤ nakon nekoliko minuta imao sam jak osjeฤaj โ ovaj ฤovjek ima znanja i sposobnosti koje su mi potrebne za ubrzani duhovni razvoj. Bilo je to, kao da glazbeno nadareni pastir na svom paลกnjaku sretne raspjevanu Tinu Turner ili Davida Bowiea. Nakon predavanja sam mu priลกao i zamolio ga za osobni razgovor. 7 godina se nismo razdvajali. Dva puta tjedno bi ga posjeฤivao i posuฤivao od njega knjige. Ponekad bi bio ljut i na mene i na sebe jer bi zbog naลกih duhovnih razgovora propustio svoje dnevne obveze. Ja sam pak za njega prevodio duhovne tekstove sa njemaฤkog i engleskog jezika. Veฤ nakon mjesec dana druลพenja Zvonimir mi se pojavio u astralnom obliฤju usred meditacije. Njegova duhovna moฤ bila je toliko jaka da je ฤak i moja djevojka nakon te meditacije rekla da je imala osjeฤaj kao da nas je netko posjetio u meditaciji. Nikada ranije nije izjavila tako neลกto iako smo zajedno meditirali veฤ viลกe od godinu dana. Tada sam joj rekao da nas je posjetio moj duhovni uฤitelj. Kasnije, neprimjetljivo za druge ljude, znao bi nas posjetiti prilikom ลกetnje gradom, na roฤendanskoj proslavi i u drugim prigodama. Uvijek smo oboje bili potpuno uvjereni da nas je posjetio u svom duhovnom tijelu.
S vremenom, uslijedila su prava ฤuda o kakvima ฤitamo u Bibliji ili Svetim spisima Hindusa i drugih religija. Viลกe o tome vidi u mojoj knjizi Komaja (https://www.komaja.org/product-page/komaja).
Stara indijska izreka glasi โKad je uฤenik spreman, Uฤitelj se pojavljujeโ. Naลกe duhovno stremljenje mora postati dovoljno jako da privuฤe paลพnju prosvjetljenog ฤovjeka. Prosvjetljeni nema obiฤnih ljudskih iluzija i potreba. Nema potrebu da pokazuje svoje posebne sposobnosti i moฤi, meฤutim, kad se mi, uslijed vlastite duhovne dozrelosti, poฤinjemo diviti ฤovjeku viลกe svijesti tada nas on u masi bezliฤnih, neosvijeลกtenih ljudskih jedinki uoฤava: โsliฤan se sliฤnome veseli!โ
Kad smo hrabri, kad traลพimo kontakt, kad se viลกe ne bojimo nadolazeฤe dezintegracije vlastitog ega, kad nas razvoj vrlina viลกe fascinira nego li stjecanje znanja i moฤi, kad mu ลพelimo biti od koristi, kad mu, zapanjeni ljepotom njegovog duha, ลพelimo sluลพiti โ tada, kad to postane trajno stanje naลกe svakodnevne svijesti, tek tada, guru nas prima pod svoj โduhovni kiลกobranโ, pripuลกta nas sve ฤeลกฤe u svoju duhovnu auru i napokon kad za to budemo dovoljno spremni nagraฤuje nas i sa Prvom Velikom Posvetom.
Za sve ostale ljude prosvjetljena osoba i dalje moลพe vrlo uvjerljivo biti: โonaj dobroฤudni starฤekโ iz susjedstva, uspjeลกan biznismen, samozatajna ฤasna sestra ili sl. Tako, ako se veฤ nalazite u milosti nekog duhovnog uฤitelja (ili uฤiteljice) budite sigurni da je on naลกao i odabrao vas, a ne vi njega (nju)!
I na kraju, kad vam duhovni analfabeti serviraju priฤe o guruima koji imaju na tisuฤe ili ฤak na milijune uฤenika i uฤenica budite sigurni da je to isto kao da je vaลกa majka uz vas imala i voljela i odgajala i tjeลกila joลก nekoliko tisuฤa svoje malene djeceโฆ i smijeลกno i tuลพno โ zar ne?!
