Brain in perfect condition

Updated: Nov 27

There are the two basic methods with which the brain can be brought into perfect condition. One involves years of discipline, practice, learning, and development of virtues that belong to the relevant chakras. This is then reflected in the brain because the brain will not become clouded by abuse of the body.

The second method entails keeping the brain away from those five chakras by being completely surrendered to God. In that sense, Komaja is the third method. We practise both methods simultaneously. A purified brain purifies the chakras. An achievement of one chakra or another in turn affects the brain. Raja-tantra-kundalini yoga with a strong addition of Jesus’s teachings. The fruit is the radiant love for God, for life, for people around us, and for ourselves. If there is no fruit or if the fruit is not big enough or not sweet enough, a yogini or a yogi will ask herself or himself: “Where did I go wrong? What do I need to change in order to forever be within God’s radiant love, like Jesus, Teresa of Avila, Buddha, Ananda Moi Ma, or Shankara? What have I failed to do? What can I do better or more diligently?”

These sincere questions, yearning, and surrender, are enough to make the divine force flow through our auras again. God’s radiant love is more real than physical reality. Lips will become soft and lungs will begin to function differently. As if God or Goddess is kissing you. And you awaken in spirit.
